Brief introduction of this position:

The position holder develops data strategies and concepts that utilize and connect data sources to enable data-driven business programs, measure and steer business performance, increase operation efficiency, optimize financial performance and achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Develop aftersales data management strategy resulting into concepts that are linking data from vehicle, customer, dealership and headquarter sources.
  2. Define and implement relevant aftersales use cases, define system requirements, monitor effectiveness and continuously drive concept improvement.
  3. Manage and monitor the data operation of systems and digital platforms (e.g. Dealer Management System, Customer Data Platform) to ensure effectiveness of defined aftersales use cases.
  4. Consult, support and drive aftersales departments and field forces to implement required processes on wholesale and retail level that ensure effective implementation of data driven business concepts.
  5. Cooperate with digital platform and user operations departments to ensure data-driven business concepts are fully integrated into the digital ecosystem.
  6. Design data intelligence approaches to improve overall aftersales business performance and efficiency.
  7. Establish and coordinate required KPIs to measure the sustainable success of data driven aftersales use cases and overall business performance.
  8. Define and execute aftersales business reporting requirements and ensure consistent and reliable business performance forecasting. 
  9. Know-how building and transfer within the OE and relevant collaborating departments concerning dynamic data monetization strategy and business models.
  10. Elaborate and execute ah-hoc tasks within the department to support aftersales overall strategy and projects.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in the fields of data intelligence, data engineering, computer, mathematics, statistics, business management.
  • Above 5 years working experience with automotive company or consulting company
  • Knowledge of/ experience of systems, digital approaches of automotive company, in aftersales function is a plus
  • English language skills is essential
  • Advanced skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, etc.
  • Individually finish complex data analysis jobs and delivery visualized reports.
  • Certificate or training experiences of other data intelligence is a plus.
