职位描述: 

Brief description:

  • Mainly responsible for the retail Aftersales marketing : service products (parts/accessory etc) promotion strategy definition and execution, improvement of business performance and customer loyalty.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Implement benchmark study on industry Aftersales retail marketing trends and competitor strategy
  • Define the retail marketing strategy based on the business performance and customer loyalty target
  • Data mining and analysis for retail business target steering and improvement
  • Define the digital requirement related to the retail marketing and follow up the development
  • Integrate internal and external resources to create a synergistic effect to explore revenue growth
  • Responsible for the Aftersales campaign planning and budget allocation in retail level
  • Responsible for the dealer Aftersale campaign implementation management
  • Responsible for the dealer Aftersale campaign payment process management
  • Support on the customer communication via digital channels

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • More than 5 years of auto industry Aftersales strategy/management/marketing experience
  • Familiar with auto industry Sales&Aftersales concept and market trend
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills 
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with detail orientations, innovations, and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English
