Brief introduction of this position:

This key role drives the company’s digital user engagement and growth. By overseeing core digital platforms (website & App) and loyalty programs, the incumbent leverages data insights and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize user experience, boost traffic conversion, and build a vibrant digital community—ultimately fueling business expansion and enhancing loyalty.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Oversee official website maintenance & operation, including new module development, full-stack data integration, and inter-departmental collaboration (IT, Marketing, DP etc.).
  2. Lead website UE optimization and build synergistic traffic ecosystems between the website and multi-channel media.
  3. Manage the official App’s points program: formulate operation strategies, drive mechanism innovation, and implement continuous optimization.
  4. Drive high-quality lead generation, customer referral initiatives, and App community engagement via refined points program and interactive activities.
  5. Monitor digital platform KPIs, conduct business reviews, and provide strategic insights for senior management.
  6. Ensure all the working process are in alignment with company's compliance and process standard.
  7. Fast response/ problem solution and lead web/ App agency to manage hacking case or others.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, UX Design Certification) are preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital platform operation, user engagement management, or a related field, with a track record of driving measurable growth in user activity and conversion rates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in website development processes (front/back-end integration), experience with App operation systems, and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
  • Management Skills: Strong cross-departmental collaboration and project management abilities, with experience in leading teams or coordinating multi-functional projects.
  • Strategic Skills: Ability to formulate user engagement and digital marketing strategies, optimize UE and loyalty programs based on market trends and user insights.
