Brief introduction of this position:
This key role drives the company’s digital user engagement and growth. By overseeing core digital platforms (website & App) and loyalty programs, the incumbent leverages data insights and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize user experience, boost traffic conversion, and build a vibrant digital community—ultimately fueling business expansion and enhancing loyalty.
Key tasks:
- Oversee official website maintenance & operation, including new module development, full-stack data integration, and inter-departmental collaboration (IT, Marketing, DP etc.).
- Lead website UE optimization and build synergistic traffic ecosystems between the website and multi-channel media.
- Manage the official App’s points program: formulate operation strategies, drive mechanism innovation, and implement continuous optimization.
- Drive high-quality lead generation, customer referral initiatives, and App community engagement via refined points program and interactive activities.
- Monitor digital platform KPIs, conduct business reviews, and provide strategic insights for senior management.
- Ensure all the working process are in alignment with company's compliance and process standard.
- Fast response/ problem solution and lead web/ App agency to manage hacking case or others.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, UX Design Certification) are preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital platform operation, user engagement management, or a related field, with a track record of driving measurable growth in user activity and conversion rates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in website development processes (front/back-end integration), experience with App operation systems, and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
- Management Skills: Strong cross-departmental collaboration and project management abilities, with experience in leading teams or coordinating multi-functional projects.
- Strategic Skills: Ability to formulate user engagement and digital marketing strategies, optimize UE and loyalty programs based on market trends and user insights.
