Brief introduction of this position:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across major social platforms, driving engagement through compelling content for new vehicle launches and daily marketing campaigns.
Key tasks:
- Execute social media strategies for new vehicle launches and daily marketing campaigns. Lead topic selection based on account positioning and develop creative concepts for graphics and videos.
- Craft engaging copy tailored for various platforms, including WeChat Official Accounts, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Douyin, and Bilibili.
- Manage content distribution, formatting, and scheduling across all major social media channels. Maintain a consistent brand voice and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Monitor and respond to user comments and private messages promptly. Manage user feedback and public sentiment to protect and enhance the brand image.
- Track key metrics (views, engagement rates, follower growth), analyze content performance, identify viral trends, and continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of working experience in the automotive industry or a marketing position.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with social media management tools and basic video/graphic editing software is a plus.
- Language: Basic to intermediate English proficiency (CET-6 or IELTS equivalent).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry and social media trends.
