Brief introduction of this position:

This position is affiliated to the Marketing Department, which is responsible for shaping the brand image of the company's DSSO business segment, driving product market penetration and brand value enhancement. The department integrates brand strategy, brand communication, product launch and other core functions, and coordinates with cross-functional departments such as R&D, sales, after-sales and VCIC to realize the overall marketing goals of the enterprise. It focuses on tapping the existing and future market potential of the automotive industry, especially in the fields of new energy and intelligence, and builds a competitive brand advantage through systematic brand operation and effective communication.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Lead strategy implementation, link cross-departments to ensure consistent brand delivery via 360° customer touchpoints.
  2. Establish KPI-based evaluation mechanism, optimize strategies via market feedback to tap market potential.
  3. Formulate multi-channel brand communication strategies with content matrix based on product features and target customers.
  4. Lead core communication projects (IP/celebrity cooperation, large events) to boost brand awareness and influence.
  5. Manage full-process communication campaigns and coordinate with VCIC to meet preset goals.
  6. Develop targeted product communication strategies and refine core selling points to build differentiated content.
  7. Lead end-to-end new car launch planning and cross-departmental coordination to maximize launch effects.
  8. Manage product lifecycle communication, adjust focuses by stages and empower sales channels to enhance penetration.
  9. Formulate innovative communication strategies, coordinate internal communication and track industry trends for optimization.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication, Automotive Engineering or related fields is preferred.
  • 10 years or more of relevant work experience in brand strategy or brand communication in the automotive industry; work experience in new energy automotive companies is preferred.
  • Brand Strategy Ability: Have a solid foundation in brand strategy, be able to accurately refine core brand values, formulate brand development plans that conform to the characteristics of automotive enterprises, and be familiar with the brand operation logic of the automotive industry.
  • Communication Management Ability: Proficient in the full-process management of brand communication, with excellent creative planning ability, content construction ability and multi-channel integrated communication ability, and able to design communication plans based on the characteristics of automotive products.
