Brief description of the position: 

This position holds the responsibility for the Business Steering & Tactical Management, business planning and forecast, and in charge of P&L from BU.

Key Tasks:

Aftersales dealer loyalty and business performance monitoring, steering and forecast: monitor and forecast the dealer loyalty and target performance via. close cooperate with other teams

Dealer target setting & tracking: Develop and implement the dealer target setting methodology and process, manage target adjustment process, track dealer target performance on daily basis.

Service network issue and dealer request handling: Handle the business related service network issues and dealer request in collaboration with other teams from central level.

Conduct aftersales business data mining and KPI analysis: Manage the aftersales business KPI framework regarding business performance.

Aftersales tactical policies and programs development and implementation: Identify potential risks/ improvement areas of aftersales business, then develop and implement commercial policies.

Conduct business review and reporting to internal or external stakeholder.

Conduct aftersales biz planning of turnover & profit in short, mid and strategic long terms. Planning methodology and planning tool development, monthly forecast and analysis vs. budget.

Manage aftersales P&L, steer the margin and profit by proactive actions and budget controlling. Continuous cost and margin monitoring and influence factor analysis to identify profit potential risk.

Other aftersales tasks assigned by the supervisor or company.

 

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor's degree or above.

More than 5 years of auto industry parts sales & supply chain management experience NEV parts business operation experience is preferred.

Familiar with Chinese auto industry and specific BEV market.

Familiar with auto industry sales&aftersales concept and market trend.

Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Self-motivated and proactive individual with detail orientations, innovations, and willingness to learn.

Proficiency in Chinese, English.
