Brief introduction of this position:

The City Manager must deliver excellent results and achieve goals month after month by developing effective local teams, ensuring operational standards are met on a consistent basis, and leading strategic business planning within their region or city.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Helping local POS to source, recruit, hire, and on-board top talent, lead, develop, coach and motivate high-performing teams. Manage a team of people-leaders across field retail, service and delivery.
  2. Set clear team targets and individual goals; hold teams accountable by driving performance,  create a culture of employee engagement and recognition of high performers.
  3. Represent DSSO  in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both internally and externally.
  4. Use reports and dashboards to make actionable business recommendations to Urban store and Full function store manager, drive increase margin in the region or city.
  5. Proactively mediate and resolve any customer concerns or escalations that require additional leadership support within their region or city.
  6. Helping local POS to expanding their network, spend time in both stores and delivery centers; and provide coaching, and in-the-moment feedback to management and agent investors.
  7. Partner with regional fleet team to optimize sales and delivery processes that promote customer experience.
  8. Utilize reports and dashboards to provide feedback to region manager on strategic direction, as well as execute process management changes.
  9. Help POS control expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • +5 years experience in the automotive industry.  +2 years team management experience. Experience in NEV industry  is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and hold teams accountable to achieve a common goal.
  • Passionate dedication and ethical approach to management and operations.

  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and sales skills.
  • Innovative thinking, unfazed by change, hungry to learn, resourceful.
