Brief introduction of this position:

Lead financial controls in network development & retail competence business and provide financial insight in company strategy decision-making. Provide financial support for budget planning, operation controlling and financial analysis.

Key tasks:

1. Dive for forecast and planning cycle, including strategic & operative long-term planning, monthly forecast review incl. risk & opportunity / deviation analysis and other planning activities
2. Responsible for financial analysis/input into the consolidated monthly company performance review decks
3. Conduct management analysis on business performance, propose corrective actions and monitor implementation of actions to drive the delivery of the business and financial plans
4. Review, control and approve budget application for business projects/polices, evaluate implementation feasibility and provide financial analysis.
5. Continuous monitoring of network subsidy costs, regular output of cost analysis reports, timely detection of cost deviations, and provide financial analysis.
6. Lead the policy settlement team to verify policy payment materials and output management report.
7. Cooperation with Accounting team to ensure the booking timelines and accuracy as well supporting document
8. Involve financial related sales process discussion, e.g. Fapiao issuance optimization and system integration, and maintain invoice related info. in systems.
9. Ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place
10. Other ad hoc support to business unit and cross function coordination

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance, with CPA/ACCA is preferred
• 3-5 years of controlling experience
• Experience on the retail business in the automobile industry is preferred.
• MS Office skills (excellent power-point skill)
• Business acumen, strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills, fluent in (oral & written) English
• Strong learning ability
