Brief introduction of this position:

Lead and drive financial controls to implement company strategy in supporting functions, collaborate with business units to steer financial performance and provide insights on business decision-making.

Key tasks:

1. Develop and drive Strategic & Operative Planning Round, Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast to shape company strategy and steer finance performance in supporting functions.
2. Conduct monthly management reporting package and financial analysis on deviation vs. budget to identify risks and opportunities and define countermeasures with business support;
3. Review, control and approve fixed cost incl. personnel cost, IT cost and other group functions to ensure target achievement and strive for cost efficiencies;
4. Responsible for transactions with affiliated parties to ensure fixed cost target achievement;
5. Review, control and approve investment to ensure business financial feasibility and responsible for company investment consolidation;
6. Lead cost control on tactical by business policy review and financial impact evaluation based on deep understanding of business development and market trend;
7. Conduct pricing proposal evaluation and approval to ensure financial profitability;
8. Support business units with business case and financial modeling to ensure business financial feasibility and provide insights on decision-making;
9. Implement and ensure internal control in accordance with company policies;
10. Ad-hoc tasks based on business requirements.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance;
• Fluent English as working language;
• Excellent communication skills and team player;
• Strong self-driving and ownership;
• Skilled at MS Office, SAP experience is a plus
• CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus
