Brief introduction of this position:

Lead overall corporate financial planning, annual budget, rolling forecast, investment and IT budget management, optimize vehicle inventory and group cash flow.

Deliver business profitability analysis, implement internal control, coordinate financial closing and external audit, and manage government subsidy applications.

Key tasks:

1. Lead corporate strategic & operational financial planning, assess business financial impacts and  deliver data-driven insights to management for decision makeing.
2. Manage full-cycle annual budget preparation and monthly rolling forecasts, conduct budget variance analysis and deliver regular management reports.
3. Management of dynamic vehicle stock & cash flow to ensure liquidity and define & implement strategies to optimize working capital.
4. Perform multi-dimensional profitability analysis for business lines, identify profit risks & growth potentials and launch improvement plans.
5. Take charge of corporate investment project review, approval and full-life cycle corporate asset management.
6. Review & approve all IT projects and budgets, supporting IT investment ROI analysis , spot financial risks and propose cost control solutions.
7. Lead government subsidy application, submit required financial data to authorities and follow up subsidy collection.
8. Deploy and monitor internal control systems to ensure full compliance with corporate financial policies.
9. Cooperate with accounting team for accurate monthly & year-end closing, coordinate external financial statement audit.
10. Provide cross-department financial support and complete ad-hoc financial analysis & special projects assigned by management.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance, with CPA/ACCA is preferred
• 3-5 years of controlling experience
• Experience on the retail business in the automobile industry is preferred.
• MS Office skills (excellent power-point skill)
• Business acumen, strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills, fluent in (oral & written) English
• Strong learning ability
