职位描述: 

Brief introduction of this position:

Responsible for the developing, formulating, releasing and tracking sales policies(mainly about customer benefits) based on market conditions and company sales targets.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Timely provide market analysis reports based on the social environment, market characteristics, sales models, target customer groups, and other related information.
  2.  Develop and formulate business policies/strategies (mainly about customer benefits) to support the achievement of sales targets.
  3. Operate relevant systems to complete the budget/policy application, review and release. Clearly articulate policies to relevant business units.
  4. Track and evaluate the policies' effectiveness, and promptly propose policy adjustment suggestions.
  5. Calculate customer benefits related agent rebates based on business policies.
  6. Coordinate with finance department and other business units to complete system operations, rebate verification and other processes.
  7. Other tasks assigned by leaders.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 3+ years working experience in formulating sales strategies/policies. Experience in NEV brand and DtC sales model is preferred.
  • Business language skills in English (written and oral) are mandatory.
  • Proficient in business data analysis and writing skills.
  • Excellent office software skills.
  • Excellent cross departmental communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
