职位描述:
Brief introduction of this position:
Push reginal local fleet business and maintain the relationship, lead and training BH and agent to develop fleet business, deal with delivery.
Key tasks:
- Formulate and continuously optimize fleet business policies and strategies to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Lead the business empowerment and training for national agents (DSSO/BH), driving the standardized implementation of fleet policies and SOPs at the terminal level.
- Build and manage the fleet sales pipeline, proactively explore nationwide sales leads, and drive the effective conversion of potential opportunities.
- Actively strive for fleet bulk sales opportunities, lead commercial negotiations for key account projects, and track the process to ensure high-quality final delivery.
- Responsible for the expansion, establishment, and continuous optimization of the Fleet Dealer Partner (DP) network to enhance overall channel efficiency and business coverage.
- Oversee the full lifecycle management of fleet sales contracts, strictly review agents' business applications and key commercial terms to ensure process compliance and risk closure.
- Manage the annual budget requests and resource allocation for fleet business, ensuring rational planning and effective utilization of business investments.
- Accurately calculate and distribute agent incentive policies and rebates, ensuring financial data accuracy and optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with Residual Value (RV) and Auto Finance departments to provide customized comprehensive solutions for fleet customers, empowering front-end sales.
- Conduct regular fleet customer visitations and organize exclusive fleet marketing campaigns to maintain nationwide fleet relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2-5 years relevant working experience in auto industry or rental service, with NEV enterprise experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of auto industry.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in leading complex project with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
