Brief introduction of this position:

The candidate shall deeply understand the technical selling points, design language, and user scenarios of automotive products, and transform them into livestreaming rundown setup ,and in charge of project execution, content audit and data review, ensure smooth operation of brand and performance livestream.

Key tasks:

1. Audit live scripts, process design and campaign plans, monitor live execution and ensure brand compliance.
2. Monitor real-time streaming data and lead performance, review agency reports, propose optimization and follow up improvements.
3. Collect daily issues from vendors, report project progress and support vendor performance evaluation.
4. Supervise interns, manage live streaming documents and materials, support new car launch and key marketing campaigns.
5. Engage in deep content co-creation with live-stream vendors based on product understanding, find the natural intersection between the product and live streaming rundown setups.
6. Closely collaborate with Product, PR, and Sales teams to ensure content communication direction remains aligned with product launch rhythm and core messages.
7. Manage live-streaming vendors to delivery brand and performance livestreaming in viwership and leads.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3+  years of live stream or new media operation experience required,new-force experience preferred; candidates with automotive client-side working experience are preferred. Fresh graduate is also acceptable.
• Strong internet sensitivity, with the ability to precisely capture the intersection between “meme culture” and brand tone, avoiding forced product placement.
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to deliver efficiently.
• Strong vendor management skill, data sensitivity and independent capability on live performance analysis.
• Aware of automotive marketing compliance requirements, able to work overtime for key live events.
• Detail‑oriented with basic intern coaching ability.
