Brief description of the position
In line with DSSO retail / network strategies, approach experienced dealer groups, introduce DSSO basic information and collect application documents, conduct candidate screening, evaluation and on site assessment, candidate interview and management reviews; provide assessment reports;
Key Tasks
Be responsible for agent candidate application screening & evaluation and provide feedback to applicants; arrange on site assessments of potential candidates.
Develop field evaluation reports.
Prepare and issue MoU, LoI for each agent and facilitate approval process.
Notify other departments to start agent setup preparations and coordinate the communication with agent, support agent on operation readiness preparation including BPDD process.
Actively communicate within departments and address issues, monitor and report progresses; ensure agent information / readiness progress up-loaded on system.
Qualification and skills required for the position
Bachelor degree or above in business or project management background
5+ years in automobile industry;
Dealer / Agent recruitment experience, regional management will be preferred;
NEV industry & shopping mall operation experience will be a plus.
Good investor resource is preferred.
