Brief introduction of this position:
This PMO role in the COO’s Office drives top-priority business/transformation projects end-to-end. It oversees execution, governance, and results tracking, turning strategy into measurable outcomes. The PMO defines controls, allocates resources, and manages risks to achieve milestones autonomously.
Key tasks:
- Management of the COO’s top-priority transformation and business projects (e.g., go-to-market, sales promotion, PoS development, service infrastructure).
- Communication of stage-gate controls, resource allocation plans, and risk management frameworks.
- Implementation of project governance mechanisms to track milestones, budgets, and benefits independently.
- Provision of transparent health dashboards (timeline, budget, benefits) for executive committees and key meetings.
- Quantification and evaluation of business outcomes (e.g., test-drive-to-order rates, delivery lead time reduction).
- Control of project execution to ensure deliverables meet quality, time, and cost objectives.
- Coordination of organizational change, culture, people, and budget topics to drive strategic alignment.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on product management, business transformation, strategic initiatives. At least 3 years of exprience with auto industry.
