Brief introduction of this position:

This PMO role in the COO’s Office drives top-priority business/transformation projects end-to-end. It oversees execution, governance, and results tracking, turning strategy into measurable outcomes. The PMO defines controls, allocates resources, and manages risks to achieve milestones autonomously.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Management of the COO’s top-priority transformation and business projects (e.g., go-to-market, sales promotion, PoS development, service infrastructure).
  2. Communication of stage-gate controls, resource allocation plans, and risk management frameworks.
  3. Implementation of project governance mechanisms to track milestones, budgets, and benefits independently.
  4. Provision of transparent health dashboards (timeline, budget, benefits) for executive committees and key meetings.
  5. Quantification and evaluation of business outcomes (e.g., test-drive-to-order rates, delivery lead time reduction).
  6. Control of project execution to ensure deliverables meet quality, time, and cost objectives.
  7. Coordination of organizational change, culture, people, and budget topics to drive strategic alignment.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on product management, business transformation, strategic initiatives. At least 3 years of exprience with auto industry.
