职位描述: 

Brief introduction of this position:

the position is to manage the MM product marketing, including product positioning, competitor analysis and highlight definition. Furthermore responsible for lifecycle management.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Benchmark and target customer analyze, industry trend monitor and new competitor launch monitor.
  2. Propose product target positioning, communication strategy and highlight definition.
  3. Submit product requirement including function experience, design and features based on target customer.
  1. Product definition including price, volume, mix and equipment.
  2. Product life-cycle management, including Model Year, GP, Special Edition, etc. Support long term planning.
  3. Product launch coordination and support, including MBV management, production logistic support, DSSO internal launch preparation.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Major in Automobile or Marketing related. Bachelor and above, Master preferred.
  • 5+ working experience in car manufacture, in the area of Product Marketing, Ordering, or Planning, VW or New Start Up OEM experience is prioritized
  • Good coordination / cooperation / skills
  • Understand the current market / competition, including future trend in the Chassis, Charging, Battery, Intelligent Cockpit, ADAS, Connected service related area
  • Knowhow about competitor OEM strategy and product line-up
  • Self-motivated, clear goal-oriented, solution-oriented
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
  • Capability of mange the complexity
