职位描述:
Brief introduction of this position:
Develop the overall central retail marketing strategy & quarterly retail & product campaign plan, therefore create retail marketing guideline regularly. Responsible for dealer fundamental supports in POSM to enhance retail campaigns. Setup retail marketing KPI, track & improve retail efficiency.
Key tasks:
- Central Retail Marketing Strategy and Planning: annual, by quarter, by campaign retail plan.
- Central Retail event Planning & Execution & Tracking: retail guideline creation, adaptation of central campaign.
- Retail materials provision: POSM, catalogue management both digital and printed materials.
- Developing dealer marketing manager training by coordinated with Brand/Group Training programs.
- Setup retail marketing KPI, develop monitoring system, reporting in regular base, optimization and improvement upon retail performance.
- Collaboration and coordination with sales operation as supportive function to sales, whereas providing guidance and steering from marketing principles.
- Collaboration and coordination with all the other related DSSO functions (including CMO, COO, UE and UE).
- Retail experience & efficiency agencies management.
- Budget management.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in marketing and communication is preferred.
- 2-5 years working experience in Marketing, with automobile industry background. Sales operation, dealer management, regional marketing experience preferred.
