Brief introduction of this position:
Through qualified and on-time training delivery, help DSSO’s retail staff better utilize the digital technology and tools to link customers with sales, marketing and service, improve customer management at retail ends. Ensure the retail staff to be able to provide the customers with innovative and personalized experience and service.
Key tasks:
- Design training contents and professional materials, including but not limited to customer centricity, customer experience management, customer lifecycle, customer satisfaction, etc
- Cooperate with CUO in training digitalization and learning tools development to enhance sales growth through digital platform.
- Delivery qualified training courses both online and offline according to training schedule.
- Competitors' business case study to enrich training contents and update training methodology.
- Generate training reports and keep records of all participants after every training course.
- Cooperate with operation staff to track and monitor learners’ performance after training.
- Update customer satisfaction survey regularly to track whole customer management journey performance.
- Study all new VW training courses, multi-media programs to keep up-to-date with VW technologies and process, attend trainer qualification trainings.
- Be able to lead and coach external trainers development and organize TTT to improve trainers’ capability.
- Support supervisor to prepare training budget and other training related works.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 5 to 10 years CRM training experience and consulting experience in auto industry.
