Brief introduction of this position:

Retail Marketing supports regional dealerships by implementing targeted marketing strategies and executing campaigns to drive sales growth. This role involves close collaboration with retail partners and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize market impact.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Develop and execute localized marketing plans to support regional dealerships in achieving sales targets.
  2. Coordinate with retail partners to align marketing activities with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  3. Implement sales and marketing campaigns at the regional level, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  4. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  5. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to headquarters and stakeholders.
  6. Train and guide dealership staff on marketing initiatives and brand representation.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) to drive integrated efforts.

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.Proven track record in supporting multi-location retail networks or dealerships.
  • Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to regional dealerships.
  • Fluent in English and local language(s); additional languages are a plus.
