Brief introduction of this position:
Retail Marketing supports regional dealerships by implementing targeted marketing strategies and executing campaigns to drive sales growth. This role involves close collaboration with retail partners and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize market impact.
Key tasks:
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans to support regional dealerships in achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with retail partners to align marketing activities with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Implement sales and marketing campaigns at the regional level, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to headquarters and stakeholders.
- Train and guide dealership staff on marketing initiatives and brand representation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) to drive integrated efforts.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods industry.Proven track record in supporting multi-location retail networks or dealerships.
- Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to regional dealerships.
- Fluent in English and local language(s); additional languages are a plus.
