Brief introduction of this position:

This position develops company/regional sales strategies, leads target breakdown, pricing and promotion planning, competitor tracking, and data-driven strategy iteration. Collaborates with channel, marketing, product, and dealer teams to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability goals.

 

Key tasks:

  1. Management of sales strategies, pricing, and promotion plans
  2. Coordination of sales target breakdown (volume/ revenue/ margin)and performance tracking
  3. Monitoring of market trends competitor pricing & promotions, and user insights
  4. Development of analytical dashboards, especially for sales, leads, conversion, inventory and margin analysis
  5. Execution of strategy reviews and optimization
  6. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for GTM and inventory alignment

 

Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or business analytics, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven industry; 3+ years of experince in automotive industry is a plus
