• We are responsible for shaping our divisions strategy and bringing it into operations by accelerating components portfolio on all levels and ensuring a connected and flexible development and production network.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify potentials and weak spots in portfolio, define and implement measures to implement/resolve them.
• Act like a technology ambassador with the goal to promote the most promising, best performing, cost efficient and future ready portfolios in our organization.
• Manage a program of initiatives and guarantee fulfillment of their deliverables but adjust the related guide-lines in accordance to the current and future state of technologies.
• Establish and maintain a network between operations, R&D, product management and customers to ensure a state of the art portfolio in region China for China and the world.
• Take lead of top-projects and initiatives in order to support Groups success and our team.

Required Qualification

• We are looking for fresh, ambitious talent in NEV & ICV related areas such as power train connectivity, electronic architecture engineering, and more.
• Education: Bachelor degree or above, Master degree preferred.
• Work Experience: Fresh or Early Professional within 3 years working experience, in fields like: Automotive start-up, Powertrain development, connectivity or technology consulting.
• Experience abroad during studies or work is a big plus
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: Systematic, logical and independent thinking and acting; pro-active attitude and strong will to make an impact.
• English:  Fluent and high English skills are a must.
