Brief Description

Working as the Service and Solution Manager to provide below services or service advisories to Volkswagen Group Region China companies:

Windows Server, Exchange Online and Hybrid Structure, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Hybrid Structure.

Responsibility

o    Assure availability and stability of the in-scope services, keep monitoring the technical service quality through regular review.
o    Design, optimization and automation of the in-scope services, that covers the whole life cycle of the service, including budget plan to assure the service continuity.
o    Manage incident, service request, change, release, problem of the in-scope services.
o    Technical supervision and management,  initiate new technical solution build-up of the in-scope services.
o    Project manager of the solution optimization and new technology initiation, including budget plan, open bid, contract and vendor management.
o    Manage IT processes and corresponding level 2 and level 3 documents of the in-scope services, as well as the technical knowledge base archiving.
o    Manage the cross team/department/company collaboration and communication about the topics that involve the in-scope services.
o    Assure security compliance for the in-scope services through patch and release management and vulnerability finding fix tracking.
o    Study, plan, implement and manage new service and technical solution according to company business requirement.
o    Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
o    Advising other people holding positions in the company as well as its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.

Working Experience and Knowledge/Skill Requirement

o    IT infrastructure project/operation management experience.
o    Have hands-on or design experience in at least 2 of the below IT Infrastructure technologies: 
Windows server, Active directory, Exchange, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, O365.
o    IT common sense and basic understanding of network, storage.
o    Fluent working communication through English.

Education Requirement

Bachelor or higher degree of information technology or the other information science related subjects
