主要职责/Your Responsibilities :
Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining and developing advanced LLM & NLP algorithms and driving the implementation of applications in the automotive field. The ideal candidate will have a strong algorithmic background, a deep understanding and practical experience with large language models, and the ability to solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize large language models for use in car infotainment and assistance systems.
- Maintain and optimize traditional NLP algorithms, including but not limited to domain classification, intent recognition, slot filling, and dialogue management design.
- Keep track of the latest NLP technologies and industry trends, applying cutting-edge technologies to product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of algorithms and optimization of product performance.
- Write technical documentation and provide training and guidance to team members.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in communication engineering, software/computer engineering, computer science or equivalent.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience of AI software development.
Technical / Professional skills:
- Strong background in algorithms, machine learning, and signal processing.
- 5+ years of NLP algorithm development experience or 3+ year experience in developing and deploying large language models.
- Familiarity with algorithms and applications related to large language models, including but not limited to Agent, RAG, etc.
- Familiarly with algorithms around Statistic machine learning technology of traditional ML technology such as Logistic regression, SVM, assembling learning and spatial temporal analysis.
- Also strong skill on traditional NLP technology such as LSTM, BERT and etc.
- Excellent programming skills, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++,Familiarity with neural network frameworks such as OpenCV,pyTorch or tensorflow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- A strong curiosity for new technologies and a quick learning ability.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in LLM and vehicle related use cases .
- Experience in speech system or voice assistant system.
- Experience in software development on LLM model training and fine tuning.
