岗位描述/Department Mission
As a System Engineer for Embedded SW/HW Platform, you will be responsible for system requirement analysis, system design, and calibration for the function which is deployed on L/R DCU(Left/Right Domain Control Unit). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of various subsystems, such as chassis, powertrain, thermal management and body to L/R DCU.
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
Technical key words:
• Define and analyze the system requirement, ensuring compliance to upper level vehicle and system requirement, regulatory standards, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with system engineer of Body system, Chassis(e.g EPB), Power Train(e.g. VCU) and thermal management to integrate these system requirement and SW/HW implementation to L/R DCU.
• Define SOA software requirement and API interface.
• Coordinate embedded SW/HW/test engineers for requirement implementation and problem solving.
• Organize requirement discussion and review with stakeholder. E.g. software engineer, hardware engineer, test engineer…
• Support upper level requirement analysis and review
• Manage requirement change
• Manage requirement release and version control
• Identify potential risks within the system design and implement mitigation strategies to enhance reliability and safety. Escalate the risk in time.
• Investigate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Zonal Control Unit and enhance system design, performance and innovation
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
• Education: Major in Computer science, Electronic, or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in embedded system development in the automotive industry, familiarity with automotive electronic systems.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- System requirement engineer experience on one or more automotive system/sub-system product development
- Automotive ECU hardware or software development experience is preferred
- Experience on Body System, or Zonal Control Unit system is preferred
- Familiar with ASPICE, ISO26262 and Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
- Familiar with requirement analysis process and methodology.
- Familiar requirement management tools. e.g. DOORs, Codebeamer, Polarion…
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and challenges.
- Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and work environments.
