We are seeking a Toolchain engineer for EEA tools. The ideal candidate shall have knowledge of system engineering processes, scripting/plugin development of tools and tools administration. This role focuses on customizing and integrate tools to support standards, processes and end users' needs in EEA development scope.

Key Tasks:

1.Administer tools: Manage setup, configuration and access control.

2.Support product development workflow: Customize workflows, templates, and tools settings to align with the company's processes.

3.Customize tools: Develop and maintain scripts or plugins to enhance tool functionality on document generation, consistency check and automation and so on.

4.Support toolchain integration: Support the integration of multiple tools across the development lifecycle like Jira.

5.Provide users support and training: Assist engineers with tool usage, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions or create methods documentation.

6.Coordinate with IT and suppliers: Collaborate with IT for tool updates, plugin deployment, maintenance and scripting/plugin development.

7.Support process compliance: Configure and customize tools to support compliance of standards that company follows.

8.Ensure tool availability: Monitor tool performance and technical issues to ensure uninterrupted usage by end users with IT 

Qualification and skills:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field

2.5+ years of experience (3+ years in automotive and 2+ years in tools administrative and/or scripting&plugin development)

3.- Solid understanding of automotive industry standards and development processes, such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and waterfall V-Models.
- Administrative experience of at least one of the tools used in Automotive industry, such as PREEvision, SystemWeaver, Polarion ALM, DOORS, Sparx EA, Codebeamer, MagicDraw
- Tools' scripting and plugin development experience. Programming language: Python, Java, C# and C++, .Net framwork. Scripting language: Javascript, VB script, XML based script and Velocity.
- Cross functional collaboration with IT, engineering team and tools' suppliers.
