Your Responsibilities

You take the hybrid concept lead function in the region China and Interface to our “VW-Platform”;
负责中国区混动概念开发，对接VW平台；

You are responsible to develop suitable HEV concepts fitting in our VW car structure suitable for the Chinese market;
负责开发适合大众车辆构架并适合中国市场的混动概念；

You need to understand the logic and metrology of hybrid concept evaluation in the headquarter;
需要理解总部关于混动概念评估的逻辑和计算方法；

You are in charge of HEV Concept analyzing and benchmarking of Chinese competitors;;
负责混动概念分析及中国的竞品分析；

You should support supplier scouting.
支持筛选供应商。

Required Qualification

Education: Bachelor degree or above

Work experience in the automotive sector for min. 4 years;

Deep technical background for HEV concepts with main focus on the hybrid gearbox;

Deep knowledge in how the systems (hybrid and car) interact together

Fluent English language skills is needed, good German skills is a plus
