Department Mission
Development, localization and release responsibilities (HW & SW) for local produced powertrain product (e.g. EA888, EA211, Hybrid Gearbox and ZP7 thermal components)

Central technical project lead and change management for local powertrain projects

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible to define EA211 (including hybrid) engine concept from hardware construction’s perspective;
负责EA211(包括混动)发动机硬件结构设计；

You are responsible to plan and track EA211 engine hardware development status together with part designers (BTV) to ensure the BMG and K-release timing;
负责与零部件设计师（BTV）一起计划并追踪EA211发动机硬件研发状态，确保BMG和K许可时间；

You are responsible to create BMG and K-release recommendation for EA211 engines;
负责给出EA211的BMG和K许可放行推荐；

You are responsible to coordinate the EA211 hardware change processes for new projects and serial productions;
负责协调EA211发动机新项目及量产变更流程；

You are responsible to steer and complete EA211 BOM content.
负责协调和完成EA211的BOM

Required Qualification
Education: Bachelor degree or above

Work Experience:

min. 7 years-experience in powertrain development or project management out of VW group (min. 2 years-experience in VW module development project management as alternative);
High sense to manage complexity and problem solving ability
Fluent English language skills is needed, good German skills is a plus
