The position of "OTA E2E Technical Project Coordination is responsible for the End-to-End OTA-Capability of CEA 1.x / 2.x projects: project management with stakeholder-department, coordination of OTA Test and Trouble tracking. This position should initiate the technical-analysis & problem-solving for OTA - relevant topics
Key Tasks:
1.Define the OTA Target & Requirement & Test Process and alignment with stakeholder departments.
2.Tracking, monitoring (Assessment, confirmation review) & handling project status in the aspect of OTA relevant functions including OTA-capability on ECU-level and Vehicle Level.
3.Ensure the development quality by providing time-efficient development process with unified working templates for OTA relevant functions.
4.Definition, communication, implementation and control of VCTC-AA Test strategy. Overall and partial goals are defined and communicated.
5.Risk management, evaluation & escalation on various vehicle and ECU in sense of OTA.
6.Creation of the training strategy and materials about OTA for various VCTC-E & A and JVs to enhance the OTA-mindset.
7.Maintaining and expanding competitiveness by increasing the degree of innovation, identifying trends and continuously developing in OTA and Test topics.
8.Initiate Problem-solving and Technical analysis for OTA relevant issues in RnD, Factory, test-fields.
Qualification and skills:
1.University Studies: Computer Science, Software engineering, E/E, Mechanical Engineering, Control Engineering (e.g. Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. degree)
2.Long-standing experiences (> 5y) in Automotive E/E, networking & architecture development, especially familiar with OTA, Diagnosis and Test Tools.
3.Experience (>5y) of technical development in automotive industry
• Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
• Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding of OTA, Diagnosis and EE-areas
• Good team player and communication skills
• More than basic knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture
• Broad knowledge in finance, budget process
• Good business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory. German is a plus
