This position responsible for providing the Quality Management System (QMS) and Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) general consultation in VCTC to ensure the (re-)certifications achievement and obtaining on time. By maintaining the certifations and continuous improvement on QMS & CSMS, the product compliance with local legislations regarding quality and cybersecurity could be guarantteed.

Key Tasks:

Central coordinate QMS/ CSMS internal/ external audits and certification in VCTC

Prepare and conduct the annual internal QMS and CSMS audit within the VCTC 

Prepare and accompany the external QMS and CSMS audit with external auditors

Ensure the corrective actions are defined by Business Units and implemented on time after QMS and CSMS audits 

Provide consultancy with PS owners and leadership of Organizational Units(OUs) within scope of the certificate based on the ISO 9001 and VDA regulations, which may impact the QM-S of VCIC

Manage the QMS policy, QM handbook and the QMS intranet page regarding ISO 9001

Localize and maintain the QMS related process standards for VCTC

Build up, maintain and publish the local process standards overview for VCTC

Align with CSMS external auditors for the audit scope, fulfill the questionnaire and consolidate relevant documents together with topic owners for document review purpose based on GB and ISO 21434 standards

Prepare Annual Management Review regarding audit, certification topic, and key decision making needed points regarding QMS & CSMS

Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education:

Master degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial
Engineering or similar technical field

Working experience:

Diplom-Ingenieur / Master / Bachelor, field of automotive engineering 
Standards trainings: ISO9001:2015, VDA 6.1, IATF16949, ISO21434, UN ECE R155

Knowledge, skills and others:

- Extended Language skills English and Chinese proficiency, German is preferred,  verbal and writing

- Proficient skills in office software (MS Office)
- Able to work under time and task pressure and willingness to perform
- Experience of strategic projects in the area of automotive
