Key Tasks:

  1. Responsible for system modeling of different functions, e.g., thermal protection, torque control, power supply etc.
  2. Responsible for inverter, OBC, DCDC, BMS, VCU function design, modeling                                         
  3. Responsible for generating system modeling to validate the system design.
  4. Closely work together with system requirement and architecture engineer
  5. Closely work together with HW/SW team to deliver the perfect results.
  6. Responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues in each phase of development or post development.                                                                                                                           
  7. Support the calibration and control in E-drive and Vehicle level.      
  8. Support technical proposal in quotation phase.                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Qualification & Skills:

  1. Master's degree or equivalent (or higher) of Automotive, electrical engineering, control theory and control engineering, or similar          
  2. Over 5 years proficient experience of inverter, OBC, DCDC, BMS VCU function design
  3. Fluent English speaking is a must. German or Chinese is a plus.                                                                 
  4. Expert at motor control algorithm Simulink modeling, including but not limited to SVPWM, DPWM, Flatbottom Modulation, Flattop Modulation
  5. Expert at anti-slip, anti-jerk, torque estimation and junction temperature estimation modeling and so on.
  6. Expert at E-drive system power and accuracy optimization from the invertor perspective         
  7. Expert at OBC and DCDC control algorithm modeling to dynamically adjust charging and discharging parameters and performance optimization.                    
  8. Expert at BMS SOC, SOP, SOH, SOE Simulink modeling, and coordinate with cell supplier to generate the reasonable data set.             
  9. Expert at VCU energy management and torque management Simulink modeling, and strong VCU coordination knowledge                                                                                                                                
  10. Preferably proficient experience in powertrain electrification
  11. Expert at anti-slip, anti-jerk, torque estimation and junction temperature estimation modeling and so on.
  12. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality.
  13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
