主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

Technical key words:

• AD Data Closed-Loop, Data Platform Architecture, Vehicle-to-Cloud Data Ingestion, Data Compliance & Security (PIPL, DSL, Map Surveying Regulations), Shadow Mode & Trigger Strategy, IT & Cloud Infrastructure Integration, PM & SE Dual Competency.

Data Application Mining & Data Value Unlocking (SE Role):

• Explore, define, and pioneer potential autonomous driving (AD) data applications (e.g., Shadow Mode, automated scenario extraction, data-driven KPI evaluation, closed-loop simulation, and AI model retraining data pipelines).
• Translate business and algorithmic needs into technical vehicle-to-cloud data requirements, trigger logic, and data ingestion specifications.

Data Platform Architecture & System Engineering (SE Role):

• Lead system engineering (SE) for vehicle-side and cloud-side data pipelines. Define data formats (MDF4, ROSbag, Parquet), compression/encryption standards, and edge-cloud interface protocols.
• Formulate end-to-end system requirement specifications (SRS) for AD data collection, data lake/warehouse processing, and automated annotation.

Data Compliance, Security & Regulatory Management:

• Ensure all AD data activities (vehicle data logging, transmission, cloud storage, processing, and cross-entity sharing) strictly comply with Chinese regulations (Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law, Automotive Data Security Management Provisions, and Geographic Surveying/Mapping Laws).
• Establish data anonymization, face/license plate obfuscation, and security firewall rules in collaboration with legal, compliance, and third-party auditing bodies.

Cross-Domain IT & Cloud Infrastructure Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary technical bridge and liaison between the ADAS team, Group IT, and internal/external Cloud Platform departments.
• Align compute resources, storage budgets, cloud-native pipelines, and network bandwidth (4G/5G) to support large-scale AD data ingestion and processing.

End-to-End Project & Stakeholder Management (PM Role):

• Act as the lead Project Manager (PM) for AD data platform deliverables. Formulate project master plans, manage milestones, manage technical risks, and track budgets.
• Align roadmaps and coordinate deliverables among multiple key stakeholders, including internal domains (Cockpit, EE Architecture), subsidiary AD developers, JV OEMs, and Group IT/Cloud.

Education:

• Bachelor/Master/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Information Technology, or related quantitative fields.

Work Experience:

• 8+ years of professional experience in automotive software/data engineering, cloud data platforms, or ADAS/AD system development.
• Proven track record in designing or operating AD data closed-loop platforms, vehicle-to-cloud data pipelines, or shadow mode systems.
• Strong dual background acting as both a System Engineer (SE) (requirement engineering, architecture) and a Project Manager (PM) (stakeholder management, milestone delivery).

Special Skills (Technical & Domain Expertise):

• AD Data & Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of AD data formats (MDF4, Bag, Parquet), big data processing frameworks (Kafka, Spark, Flink), cloud architectures (AWS, Aliyun, Azure, or Hybrid Cloud), and data warehouse/lakehouse concepts.
• Data Compliance & Security: Solid knowledge of Chinese Automotive Data Laws, PIPL, Data Security Law, and Surveying/Mapping regulations regarding geographic data handling.
• System Engineering (SE) Competency: Proficient in requirement management (PRD/FRS/SRS, RTM), System Architecture, and Vector/CAN/Ethernet toolchains (CANoe, CANape).
• Project Management (PM) Competency: PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Strong experience in CCB (Change Control Board), risk management, and IPD/ASPICE development processes.

Soft Skills:

• Executive Communication & Influence: Outstanding capability to bridge communication gaps between technical AD algorithms teams, IT infrastructure teams, and legal/compliance departments.
• Highly structured, analytical, and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities under high complexity.
• Fluency in English (working language); Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for dealing with local Chinese regulations and suppliers.
