主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

This position holds the responsibility for managing the entire lifecycle of the ADAS product, from concept to launch and beyond. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical understanding, and project management skills to ensure the successful development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the ADAS system.

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ADAS system, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver ADAS projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, testing, etc.) and external partners (suppliers, customers, regulators) to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Gather and analyze market feedback, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform product enhancements and new feature introductions.
• Oversee product launches, including marketing, sales, and customer support preparations.
• Evaluate the performance of the ADAS system post-launch, gathering data to inform future product improvements

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: This position requires a Master/ Bachelor degree in automotive, computer engineering or management.
• Work Experience:
  • 3-5 years of professional working experience in Adas&AD area;
  • Experience in project and product management in automotive industry or related field is required.
  • ADAS&AD system develop experience is required.
• Special Skills:
  • Experience in project management, with PMP (project management professional) certification as prefer
  • Know-how on ADAS technologies, automotive industry trends, and relevant regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.

• Structured and organized way of working
• Excellent business English skills (written and spoken), German and Chinese language skills are beneficial.
