The position of "Baseline Management OEM JV" is responsible for management strategic, technological, economic and innovation-oriented development of automotive Architecture, Base Tech., E/E Comp. both hardware & software area. This position shall have strong communication skills for OEM JV cooperation,technical project coordination, process management, and architecture technology know-how.

key task:

1. OEM JV communication & cooperation for architecture scope, incl. data sharing, jobsplit, business mode, etc.
2. Establishment and maintenance different Stakeholders network of VGC, VWAG, JVs, supplier and VCTC internal to improve cooperation.
3.  OEM JV baseline data management with heart beat and release pace accordance with IPDT timeline
4.  Establishment of data sharing guildrail & definition of security tool and management methodology with OEM JV 
5. Definition of cost estimation and resource planning by using project management skills.
6. Project coordination within development & testing team, steering external resources
7. Responsible for CEA spec book OEM JV draft & maintenance
8. Process establishment & optimization based on guidance of CEA process & standard.
9. Risk management, evaluation & escalation in CEA Architecture, Base Tech., E/E Comp. scope.

Qualification:

1. University Studies: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering (e.g. Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. degree)
2. Long-standing experiences (> 5y) in Automotive electronic, architecture, E/E component development. Working experience in VW Group or related supplier / consulter is a plus.
3. Transversal Skills: Creativity, Solution oriented, passion and appreciation of people • Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring) • Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in EE related areas, especially architecture • Good team player and communication skills • Basic knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture is a plus • Broad knowledge in finance, budget process • Good business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory. German is a plus
