Brief description of the position：

• The core responsibility is to serve as the key interface for internal and external customers, overseeing the full-cycle management and budget control of testing projects. Additionally, this role is fully responsible for the scheduling and optimization of laboratory testing bench resources to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of R&D testing tasks.
• Accurately align with internal R&D teams and external clients regarding testing requirements, conducting technical feasibility assessments.
• Responsible for overall test project quotation, business communication, and technical clarification prior to contract signing.
• Manage the budget for all testing projects within the department, including cost accounting, progress tracking, and expense control, ensuring projects achieve their goals within budget.
• Comprehensively manage all testing bench resources in the laboratory, establish and maintain equipment ledgers, and ensure equipment is in good condition and readily available.
• Develop scientific and reasonable testing schedules and bench utilization plans, dynamically allocate resources, and maximize bench utilization efficiency.
• Monitor testing progress, promptly identify and resolve resource conflicts or bottlenecks, and guarantee on-time delivery of R&D testing milestones.
• Coordinate with internal testing teams, R&D teams, and external suppliers to ensure testing standards, processes, and deliverables meet client requirements.
• Continuously optimize test project management processes and lab resource scheduling mechanisms to enhance overall operational efficiency.
