Brief description of the position: 

Mainly responsible for the implementation of battery component testing tasks, including testing project management, samples preparation, testing procedure programming, testing data analyzing, trouble shooting, failure analysis, battery disassembling and testing report establishment. And also will support battery analysis and other battery development and research activities.

Key Tasks: 

1. Lead the test arrange and interface to the development team, coordination of test requirements and changes, responsible the whole process of test task implementation
2. Ensure the professional operation of testing equipment and systems. Analysis and processing testing data/results and establish testing reports.
3. Create a complete overview of all findings and the underlying problems for both the test item and the test benches
4. Develop early detection methods based on the anomalies found and analyses carried out in later test phases
5. Responsible for internal testing quality assurance and the certification of external test benches to ensure maximum comparability of results
6. Coordinate test resource (internally and externally) and responsible for equipment acceptance, maintenance and management, solving common faults during test
7. Follow test lab regulations (safety, 5S, etc.). Ensures that the highest safety standards are maintained and continuously improved within their area of responsibility.
