Brief description of the position: 

The position is responsible for managing and maintaining a full picture of testing issues in projects, including test RASI/AWS, test scope and specification, test timeline to guarantee the project P/B/BMG/K release, and also test problems shooting, failure analysis and results evaluation.

 Key Tasks:

1. Define test scope and test specification in battery component level
2. Define and monitor test timeline to guarantee the test milestones
3.  Responsible for test process tracking, trouble shooting, deviation evaluation to support release
4. Lead RASI/AWS and budget control of testing activities in projects
5. Continuous test improvement (strategy, method, process, etc.) for project cost and timeline optimization
6. Preparation of all testing relevant documents and support project release activities
7. As the primary interface, strengthen communication between the development team and the test lab
8. Maintains a complete overview of all findings, the underlying problems and solutions to support evaluation for release
9. Support testing relevant activities within department/company

Qualification and skills required for the position:

-Bachelor's degree or above

-Major: electrical engineering / mechanical engineering / Natural science 

-Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry

-Minimum 1 year professional experience of project management

-Familiar with battery components testing activities 

-Professional experience of test and project management

-Knowledge of battery testing regulations and standards (GB, VW, etc.)

-Familiar with battery and battery component testing activities and validation method

-Very good team player and communication ability with high motivation with flexibility (eg. new tasks, business trips, overtime working, etc)

-EFFT(or EFK), Low-voltage certification are preferable

-English fluent, Chinese and German are preferable
