Brief description of the position:
The position is responsible for managing and maintaining a full picture of testing issues in projects, including test RASI/AWS, test scope and specification, test timeline to guarantee the project P/B/BMG/K release, and also test problems shooting, failure analysis and results evaluation.
Key Tasks:
- Define test scope and test specification of HVB system requirement, in battery system HW/SW level and integration level
- Define and monitor test timeline to guarantee the HVB development release milestone
- Responsible for test process tracking, trouble shooting, deviation evaluation to support release
- Lead RASI/AWS and budget control of testing activities in projects
- Continuous test improvement (strategy, method, process, etc.) for project cost and timeline optimization
- Preparation of all testing relevant documents support release of battery system (P/B/BMG/K-F and Level-releases/Yellow-release).
- As the primary interface, strengthen communication between the development team and the test lab
- Maintains a complete overview of all findings, the underlying problems and solutions to support evaluation for release
- Support testing relevant activities within department/company
Qualification and skills required for the position:
- Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree is preferred, majored in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or automotive engineering other related fields
- Minimum 3 years working experience on automotive industry, ideally with HVB validation and project management, familiar with BEV, PHEV and EREV system
- Familiar with HVB HW and SW system, vehicle architecture/ electronics
- Familiar with GB standards and ISO/IEC standards related to HVB
- Communication protocols (e. g. CAN, LIN) and related toolchain CANoe, CANape, DiagRA D, tracing / log data analysis.

- Fluent in English. Chinese and German are preferred.
