Your Responsibilities

• Support the whole product development on design validation from test plan, test method, test execution, reports and technical rating
• Provide professional technical guidance to solve the validation issue and support FTA for product design bug.
• Collect test requirements and prepare documents for VW laboratory plan, setup and running.
• As main interface between VW group and external partners, coordinate joint problem solving about validation as well as know-how transfer
• Provide advanced test concept to optimize the test duration and save cost

Required Qualification

• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work Experience
  • 3+ years of cell validation experience with 1 years in respective field such as chemistry, performance and safety
  • Experience in prismatic cell for xEV is preferred
  • Mass production experience for global OEMs is preferred
  • Experience in cell test planning, conduction and reporting
  • Rich knowledge on cell validation standards worldwide.
• English:  Fluent in reading and writing, good at speaking and listening
