大众汽车（中国）物流售后实习生/After Sales -Parts & Accessory Logistics Intern

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• As a member of parts logistics team, mainly responsible for logistics data processing and analysis brand parts.  
•       1. Export, save , calculate using templates and send daily Conti orders.
•       2. Export ,save and calculate using templates daily BO order.
•       3. Fill in the KPI Daily with data from brand parts in the Tableau.
• Bentley spare parts procurement logistics tracking, Bentley report production.
•       1. Complete Bentley PR form, write down the quantity ordered for each part and whether to delete PR.
•       2. Made to Order parts；Order VIN+DISS parts；Order common parts.
•       3. Update Bentley BO table, how many parts should be ordered and which parts should be delete.
•       4. Make Bentley WAP Form, to show that all order amounts for the current month and how much amounts gap from the target.
• Shell oil, Conti and other suppliers of business support.
•       1. Create a signature form and follow the payment process venders.
• Statistical analysis of parts inventory and boutique inventory data.
•       1.Component inventory analysis.
•       2. Analysis of boutique inventory.
• Inbound claim support.
• Contract signature collection and archive support.
• Daily auxiliary work, such as meeting rooms, picking up express delivery and printing documents, etc.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Chinese native; excellent English language skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Python.
• Education: Logistics, automotive engineering and other related majors preferred.
• Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills.

• Remuneration 150 RMB/day for Bachelor, 180 RMB/day for Master students gross.
