大众物流部实习生/ Intern of Logistics Department

部门/Department: Export Logistics            

地点/Location: Beijing         

时长/Duration: 6 months                  

每周到岗/Availability：5 days/week

到岗日期/On-board Date：Early April, before 8th April

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• Order fulfillment control and shipment Coordination
• Documentation process control between oversea plants and suppliers
• Weekly and monthly report to over sea plants with updated console shipment status
• Trouble shooting during the goods flow with related parties
• Other administrative tasks

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related studies preferred, but not mandatary
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn and contribute
• Independent and target-oriented working, team spirit, high commitment
• Chinese mother tongue and fluent English, German language skills is a plus
• Expert usage of Microsoft Office

• Remuneration 150 RMB/day for Bachelor, 180 RMB/day for Master students gross.
• Housing allowance up to RMB 4000 for students that are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing.
