主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• Perform overall administrative support for Digital and Automotive Security projects and relevant topics
• Organize, prepare and follow up of meetings, workshops, trainings as well as relevant documentations and presentations
• Coordinate project communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Assist on local processes and standards creation and implementation in terms of Digital and Automotive Crime
• Contribute to emergency response mechanism and coordinate with involved BU/entities according to predefined response plan in case response mechanism was triggered
• Digital forensic support including evidence collection, results documentation as well as lessons learned
• Digital Security Incident support: communicate with stakeholders; prepare Incident report; classify and archive Car Security Incident
• Disseminate knowledge within organization in regards to Digital and Automotive Security
• Coordinate of reporting / KPI for Digital and Automotive Security topics from the whole region China
• Assist Head of Digital and Automotive Security to liaise and coordinate with regulatory authorities
• Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder
• Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible

• Bachelor degree or above, with background in Security or related majors
• Chinese and English in writing and conversation mandatory; German as a plus
• IT Skills: MS Office
• Excellent communications skills

• High flexible and strong ability in managing changes in time
• Proven Proactive problem solving skills, excellent organization skills
