Your Responsibilities:

 

  1. This position manages a comprehensive qualification & training portfolio for its scope of responsibility together with relevant partners within Volkswagen Group and a proper network of trainers and training suppliers:
  1. designing and implementing employee trainings offline and online to ensure fulfillment of organizational training and ensures high quality of all training activities
  2. deliver trainings – fully or partially – within the respective area of responsibility
  3. continuously reviewing and improving the effectiveness of the existing qualification & training catalogue based on employee dialogue and proactively gives suggestions how to improve it
  4. consulting and implementing of learning communities
  5. managing appropriate purchasing and payment processes for all VGCA related qualification & training activities (shopping carts, vendor payment etc.)
  6. being part of VGCA development & training team to always have a comprehensive overview of all ongoing qualification & training activities within the company

 

  1. This position manages qualification projects with managers & leaders within VCIC, following a standard qualification process:
  1. analysis of qualification needs
  2. development of appropriate trainings and qualification measures
  3. organizing and implementing of qualification measures
  4. evaluation of activities and results

 

  1. This position consults suitable qualification & training opportunities for VCIC management team & employees:
  1. providing necessary overview of qualification offerings, e. g. for Employee Dialogue briefing sessions, BoM documents etc.
  2. providing appropriate reporting data and presentations to facilitate decision making.
  3. consulting of management team and employees for all questions concerning qualification & training.

 

  1. This position holds the Key-user and HR admin function for the learning management system:
  1. HR admin function for Learning Management System is responsible for creating and managing all learning items on the system
  2. as Key-user for Learning Management System always being up-to-date with sys-tem features, updates and improvements, proactively take care for proper system utilization, workflow optimization and reporting

 

  1. Further tasks:
  1. Actively managing VCIC internal network of qualification responsible colleagues within Business-Units.
  2. Keep close contact with finance and purchasing to make sure proper budget management

 

Our Requirements:

 

Necessary education:

  • Master, Diploma or Magister Degree in one of the HR related fields with a strong major to working and organization psychology or educational science or social science with a special focus on HR, Organization as well as a good technical expertise.

 

Personal skills:

  • Strategic thinking and good understanding of company’s strategy and business needs
  • Strong ownership for training & qualification topic
  • Self-initiative and team work across Business units and VGC entities
  • Good planning and organizing skills, ideally experience in project-management
  • Highly process and quality oriented (esp. data quality and consistency)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong ability to work under pressure independently

 

Working experience (in years):

  • 8-10 years working experience in HR development, HR strategy or HR process are required with a minimum 5 years focus upon training and development.

 

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

  • Business fluent English. German and Chinese as a plus
  • Professional skills for Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint as a must
  • Strong skills in SAP, especially learning module
  • Strong stills in KSRM
