岗位描述/Department Mission

• Work closely together with cross-functional internal stakeholders as well as brand representatives, responsible for the effective interaction and timing of the units, the solving of blockages and the continuous improvement of productivity in the Solution Train
• Oversee the capacity planning at the Solution Train level in comparison with the required deliveries and initiate appropriate safeguarding measures
• Mediate between the agile execution within our solution and the waterfall based vehicle projects that we have to connect with
• In charge of the change and technical requirement process  and is responsible for Solution Train overall resource planning
• Tracking the project progress, analyzing our competitors and communicating our achievements

主要职责/Your Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the LACE team and PMT organization to resolve impediments
• Comparison of product requirements with the affordability of the Solution Train organization via velocity, teams, budget and capacity as a bottom-up aggregation of the levels below
• To define, establish and track Solution Train KPIs, drive improvement actions and steer risk management according to SAFe
• Following legal changes and translate them into framework and project risks for the  product, managing risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments.
• Prepare & facilitate the PI planning events in cooperation with Solution Engineers, RTEs and Solution-Management, summarize program PI objectives into Solution PI Objectives and publish ART for visibility and transparency.
• Solution backlogs maintaining according to actual PI plan. Steering between different ARTs in the key routing and clarify the dependencies to ensure the solution train level delivery.
• Collaborating with Solution Architecture and Solution Management to ensure proceed in a company strategical direction.
• Coaching all relevant roles in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets at method and system level, introducing and optimizing tools and instruments to increase Solution Train efficiency (e.g. Program Kanban)
• Designing the Solution Train environment to enable an optimal value flow (e.g. finance, purchasing, legal, toolchain...)
• Other tasks assigned by Head of X-Solution Train

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, information technology, business administration or comparable studies
• Expertise and in-depth knowledge in automotive products and software development in China essential 
• Several years of proven experience within complex automotive projects
• Cross-culture experience is preferred
• Advanced experience in software design, development, test, integration and release of real-time embedded system
• Proficient in processes, roles of SAFe framework. Expertise in Agile methodology with SAFe Certification. Certificate in PMP is preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluent in Chinese and Business English, fluent in Business German is beneficial
• Presentation skills, both personal (capable presenter) and IT (Powerpoint, Excel, JIRA, Confluence etc.)
