Your Responsibilities:

• Overall control and track particular targets of Solutions under Solution Train E³ 1.2 with the focus on technology, quality and delivery.
• Coordinate interface tasks and find solutions between the project partners, central functions such as Pro/Product team, finance, Brand etc.
• Coordinate interface tasks and searching for solutions between different ART/ Solutions from E2E perspective. Also using different project management skills/ tools to monitoring, steering, implementing and escalating in different project phase.
• Evaluate alternatives for technical implementations in the case of technical changes or conflict of objectives (technology, schedule, costs)
• Responsible for the project budget planning and controlling.
• Management-friendly summarize the situation in decision templates for top management and present them to the management
• Present the project status in committees

Our Requirements:

• Technical degree (for example computer sciences, electrical engineering, physics) or similar qualification with job experience such as software development / vehicle module development, like T-box, Head unit, Infotainment sys. , ADAS, Apps.
• Familiar and experienced with SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Kanban etc.
• Several years of experience ( ≥ 7 years) in project management, Product management, quality processing and/or hardware/software/electronics development
• Quick in understanding new information and do understand highly complex correlations and can bring them to an abstract level
• Excellent English skills, German communication is a plus
• Very good negotiation and communication skills, take into account the targets of all your project partners and lead them to optimum solutions from the overall project view
• Confident in presenting in front of the top management
