岗位描述/Department Mission:

• Within the framework of the company’s objectives, in particular customer satisfaction, independent, professional coordination of responsibility – from project decision to series support (minor & major updates), outlet software upgrade capability & backward compatibility.
• Cooperative role for supplier selection. Support formal assessment of suppliers by conducting supplier audits in compliance with the purchasing functional milestones. Supplier qualification according to VDA2 and Formel-Q capability & QPN-I.
• Steering and monitoring of relevant activities and processes within Q Supplier Management; Assignment at suppliers/sub-suppliers ramp-up-/-series support.
• Steering and evaluation of PPA (Process and Product Release). Evaluate the process according QPN-I/MLA; steering the sampling (EMPB) for product release. The corresponding documentation completed in the BeOn system.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

Technical key words: Supplier Management, Formel-Q, PPA, QPN-I.

Responsible for the systems that monitor quality of the products and supplied software/hardware components, detail as below:

• Ensure compliance of the produce or process at supplier side:
  • Ensure supplier can follow up project states with defined millstone with detail quality target, e.g. on site check, technical discussion, or data communication.
  • Support end-to-end cybersecurity assessments throughout the entire product lifecycle;
• Supplier release, maintenance, monitor and continual improvement over the entire product cycle:
  • Supplier release regarding to PPA VDA2.
  • Preparation of the technical report such as EM, QPN-I and corresponding activities, presentation of results.
  • Monitor supplier performance (incidents, PPM, COPQ) and develop / implement effective action plans to improve poor performing suppliers;
  • Regular review of BTV relevant documents (e.g. MLA documents, status reports, assessments reports);
  • Issue supplier performance PC’s and follow through to completion. Conduct supplier escalation in Program Critical Suppliers;
  • Identify and prioritize of necessary processing focus to quality improvement of affected software;
• Supplier claim & change management:
  • Development, planning and coordination of damage limits, release standards and reliability requirements under group zero error strategy;
  • Support for quality analysis for the issue caused by supplier or sub-supplier, disposition supplier  8D’s report;
  • Support for any change relevant with supplier, responsible for production process change release and PPA approval.
  • Manage Cost Recovery process with suppliers;
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor;

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor of Technical university or above, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Technology, Software Engineering.
• Work Experience

• 5+ years working experiences as a Supplier Quality Engineer for E/E part in automobile industry
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of applied experience in Quality Management (TS16949/QS9000 or ISO, ASPICE)
• Understanding of the function and architecture of Electrical & Electron
• Soid hands-on experience in the full process of realizing automotive HW project from design development to mass production.
• Experiences in the following also a plus: Project Management, Production, Automotive Industry
• Experience in working with multiple customers globally on process improvement

• Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Knowledge about VW process(e.g.: Formel-Q,QPN-I) is a plus
• Knowledge about quality method (e.g.: VDA relevant standards, Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety)
• Knowledge about software development

• English:  English and/or German
