岗位描述/Department Mission

 

The position will be responsible to lead concept design activities in TN-1. As the part of E/E architecture department, to boost China-specific requirement in E/E architecture concepts, to empower CARIAD software/hardware development in China, to produce new enabler technologies for future mobility of China.

The position will be responsible to work together with cross functional team and be responsible for initial architectural layout and package of all components in vehicle, delivering robust targets before development starts and providing innovative solutions for problems.

 

 

主要职责/Your Responsibilities :

  • The position need to analyze market, safety and security requirement, to define the concept of vehicle architecture, topology, software architecture and hardware specification,  to proceed the proof of concept project

  • This position will need to lead the concept design activities and innovation projects in CARIAD china.

  •  The position need to work close with TA SE, departments of China CTO division, China solution train and prod team

  • The position need to contribute engineering recommendation to strategic planning, reviewing requirement and solutions, preparing cost estimation and budgets, benchmarking especially China market industry supplier and competitors.

 


岗位要求/Required Qualification:

Education background

Major in Computer science, Automotive, Engineer or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above

 

Working experiences

  • 7 years above working experience of E/E architecture
  • 5 years above system architecture or system engineering experiences
  • 3 years as team lead or project lead for in either internet industry, consumer electrics, IoT or automotive industry

 

Technical / Professional skills

  • The candidate should be have demonstrated experience in car software and hardware development technologies as well as experience working in quality required process.
  • The candidate should be have experience in car software and hardware development and management practices and processes within a continuous delivery environment.
  • The candidate should be familiar with vehicle design, system design , system function or semiconductor and have strong experience and know how to do following key activates:
  • Electronic production technologies.
  • Electronic systems.
  • Technical management and Key technology, computing platform, Zone control and domain control.
  • Budgeting and Management proficiency.
  • Electronics troubleshooting and strong vehicle basic safety and security design.
  • Project management& Vendor and subcontractor relationship building and maintenance.

 

  • The candidate should has solid knowledge about infotainment system, vehicle EE and general car platform/architecture
  • The candidate should be familiar with tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
  • The candidate should be familiar or experienced of Large scale Agile development process (such as SAFe) and ASPICE
  • Good English is a must, Germany will be a big plus

  • Good people leadership without authorization
  • Good communication and presentation skills
