Department Mission：

C-EGP Technical Requirements team has the mission to ensure technical requirements in Region China in line with market trends and customer needs as well as to promote the implementation and integration of tech. requirements into the products of Region China. Through identifying, defining, managing to translate Needs into technical requirements and then operational objectives for pre-development.

C-EGP 技术需求团队的任务是确保技术要求能够符合市场趋势和客户需求，并促进其在产品中最终得以实现。通过识别、定义、管理，将各方面的需求转化为详细的技术要求，转化为开发前期的设计目标。
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for items stored in car for Region China.
  Define and update chin. Warenkorb (Goods Basket) i.e. goods stored in car or transported. Align with Joint Ventures’ R&D. Report to EGPK in HQ in Germany.
  负责中国区的车辆储物或运输物品的定义及更新。与各合资公司的研发部门协调。向德国总部EGPK部门汇报。
   
• Increase KuZu (Kundenzufriendenheit in German) (Customer Satifisfaction) by analyzing and trouble-shooting customer complaints, collaborating with QA (Quality Assurance Department) and contributing and facilitating in committees
  提升用户满意度。通过分析并解决用户抱怨，与质保部门协作并促进会议及决策委员推进
   
• Investigate and study the infrastructure development, market trend and industry characteristics
  调查并研究国内基础设施的发展，市场趋势和行业亮点
   
• Analyze the evaluation/ test results from automobile professional media/ press in China and derive feedback towards R&D. Deepen the collaboration with EGPK department in HQ and with PR division.
  分析中国汽车专业媒体或新闻媒体的反馈或测评，提炼对R&D方面的反馈。深化与总部对口部门EGPK的合作及与PR部门的沟通。
   

Our Requirements:

• Education Background: Bachelor majored in automobile engineering
  教育背景：汽车工程相关的本科学位
• Professional Background: Min. 3 years’ experience in R&D in one of the fields below:
  专业背景：具备三年及以上的如下任一专业领域的产品研发经历：

• Technical Requirement
  产品或市场技术需求
• Product Management focused on whole-vehicle function
  聚焦于整车功能的产品经理
• Overall Vehicle Integration
  整车性能集成或性能管理
• Customer Clinic Study or User Experience Evaluation
  用户调研或用户体验评价

• Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel
  熟练掌握MS PowerPoint，Excel
• Chinese native, English language (German as plus)
  中文，英文（德语优先）
