岗位职责:

 

  • 负责大众品牌中国区的技术服务部门的产品支持管理;
  • 早期预警发现并升级中国区大众品牌的产品质量问题,积累市场经验,支持提升大众中国区的客户满意度以及产品竞争力;
  • 通过组织Schadenstisch 中国区会议以及处理重大客户抱怨流程(PCC),收集并处理市场抱怨,提升大众品牌产品质量;
  • 开发并实施中国区大众品牌产品支持业务的相关系统以及工具,提供售后问题解决方案;
  • 协调,统一和优化与大众进口车以及合资厂产品支持业务的相关流程。

 

资质要求:

 

  • 教育: 本科以上学历
  • 工作经验:

在大众汽车的技术服务或售后领域有多年的工作经验,或在其他集团品牌的技术服务领域有多年的工作经验。具有项目和团队管理经验。

  • 知识, 技能和能力:

熟悉汽车技术以及售后相关流程;熟练掌握数据分析和统计方法;具备出色的沟通,战略思考和业务规划能力,致力于工作质量和效率;对相关业务系统具备很好的理解能力,如:AQUA、COGNOS、DISS、ETKA、ELSA、AVON、KVS、KPM、HST2、Service 42 等。

  • 语言: 良好的德语能力,良好的英语能力

Your Responsibilities (within 5 lines):

Technical key words (at least 3 words):

  • Management of Product Support for Volkswagen Group within QA for region China;
  • Early detection and Escalation of market disturbances as well as lessons learned within a China to support the customers satisfaction and the competitiveness of VW models in region China ;
  • Improve the Product quality in the field by organizing of Schadentisch and Clearing function for Priority Customer Complaints in region China;
  • Implementation of the Product Support systems and the tools of the brand Volkswagen PKW in China ;
  • Coordination, harmonization and optimization in the process of Product Support with VGIC and Joint Ventures.

Required Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Work Experience:

Several years of experience in Technical Service or After Sales area of Volkswagen or several years of experience in Technical Service of other Group brands. Having the experience of project and team management.

  • Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Good understanding of Vehicle Technology  and Aftersales related process;  Good skill of financial data analysis and statistical methods; Outstanding skills in Communication, Strategy thinking  and planning, committed to maintaining quality and efficiency; Understandability of IT systems like AQUA, COGNOS, DISS, ETKA, ELSA, AVON, KVS, KPM, HST2, Service 42.
