• 针对中国市场环境的特殊性，及早发现客户对产品的反馈和需求，以客户为中心形成产品优化经验，并推动产品优化方案。提升中国地区所有大众车型的客户满意度和产品竞争力。
• 管理大众乘用车车品牌和大众集团职能下的产品支持业务。
• 为中国市场制定和协调长期技术服务战略
• 在中国实施大众乘用车品牌的技术服务相关流程，系统和工具
• 协调与大众进口汽车，合资企业在技术服务过程中的合作，优化相关业务流程。

岗位职责 :

• 协调定义电子电器及高压系统部件以及相关部件的售后维修方案，并开发新的高压部件以及充电的诊断方案，确认维修方案投入市场操作的可实施性。

• 与动力总成质保部合作，监控高压组件的售后质量表现，协助相关测试和分析，支持验证措施的有效性。（比如包括分析故障案例，索赔费用，确认技术方案，维修测试，问题追踪等等。）
• .通过数据分析早期预判问题，提前预警，将高压电池以及相关组件问题及时带入到产品优化流程中（FAP），以及确认措施的实施的及时性和有效性。
• 支持质保、研发、售后、以及合资企业中所有相关流程合作部门的指定售后技术解决方案（TPI）,确认其他市场方案与本地市场的相关性，并指导相关业务部门发布《维修技术手册》（HST）
• 通过市场以及大众集团内部系统数据分析，对市场问题进行进行分类，梳理，以及预判（案例/成本），利用大数据分析平台制定有效维修服务方案，并与集团内以及合资厂的相关职能部门建立强有力的合作模式，降低产品问题风险，提升客户满意度。

Department Mission

• Early detection and Escalation of market disturbances as well as lessons learned within a China specific vehicle influence (KUZU, CoO) to support the customers satisfaction and the competiveness of all VW models in region China.
• Management of Product Support for Volkswagen PKW and Group-Function.
• Development and coordination of a long term Technical Service strategy for Chinese market
• Implementation of the Technical Service systems and the tools of the brand Volkswagen PKW in China
• Coordination, harmonization and optimization in the process of Technical Service with VGIC and Joint Ventures

Your Responsibilities

• Steering repair concept process of Electronics and HV related system , develop new technical solutions for HV battery and charging diagnosis, check feasibility of all ideas for market China. 
• Cooperate with QA Components to monitor the field quality of HV components, assist in relevant testing and analysis, and support the effectiveness of verification measures. (e.g. damage case, warranty cost, technical solution, repair test, tracking list,etc).

• Early detection and determination of effectiveness of fault elimination process (FAP) ) in the field of HV Battery and components and its fault elimination measures.
• Support of all related process partners in QA, R&D, Aftersales, JVs regarding technical solutions,

draft of dealer information for technical product information (TPI) for handbook Service Technique (HST). Check TPIs for market relevance.

• Analysis of data out of VW systems for analyzing upcoming failures (damage cases/costs) for Region China and strong cooperation model to Group function.

Required Qualification

• Engineer (Master / Bachelor) in the field of automotive engineering (engineering, mechanical / industrial engineering, etc.)
• More than 3 years working experience in the area of Technical Aftersales Services (preferably also abroad), or in other related areas to automotive engineering & HV Battery technical Background &technical data analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good project management experience
• Good English skills or German and good Chinese skills
