岗位描述/Department Mission


This position is mainly responsible for steer & manage of HR process, HR system, Organization Development & HR Governance related tasks & projects.


主要职责/Your Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for HR Process Management, thereof:
  • Spearhead the development of a comprehensive process landscape, including the design of tools and the facilitation of process workshops and training.
  • Establish and optimize HR processes in a lean and agile manner, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively benchmark HR processes, setting standard regulations to enhance process management within the HR department.
  • Serve as the primary interface with Volkswagen Group for effective communication, localization, and alignment with global HR practices.
  1. Responsible for Overall ISO 9001 in HR division, thereof:
  • As HR PMO, direct and manage all ISO 9001 tasks and deliverables across HR departments, achieving compliance in areas such as corporate process modeling, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration between Quality and HR departments, aligning the business operational model with ISO 9001 standards and overall managing all HR ISO9001 activities
  1. Responsible for Organization Development & HR Governance Projects Management
  • Overall project management in Organization & HR Governance department regarding plan, schedule, on-time tracking, budget etc. to ensure smooth ongoing
  • Design, roll-out & moderate Organization & HR Governance department related workshops to achieve relevant targets
  • Preparation for Organization & HR Governance department related Top Committee/Visit reports.
  1. Responsible for HR System Management, thereof:
  • Establishment & optimization of related HR systems to ensure digitalization & agile working
  • Interface of all HR system related tasks & projects, collaborate with relevant parties to ensure efficient implementation
  1. Other ad-hoc activities assigned by supervisor

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HR, process management,  or other business related fields is a plus.
  • 1-3 years or plus working experience in HR process, consulting firms, automotive industry, mobility companies, start-up companies in high-tech or Internet fields are preferred. 
  • Large corporative company or agile startup experience and international experience is needed
  • Strong logical thinking skills & efficient clarification & optimization of process, proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken) as working language is a must, Chinese and German language capability preferred
  • Personal competencies: innovative, self-learning & reflection, cooperation, negotiation & logical skills, problem-solving skills, reporting and be familiar with HR processes & systems.
